I have been working closely with the catering staff at Simply Elegant for over 8 months now, and every time I deal with them, it is nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable, they can answer any question I ever have. They are very fast and efficient when it comes to ordering food and make the entire experience easy and painless.

Their menu has a lot of different options to choose from and are very flexible when certain needs are required. They have many options that can be used for different occasions/events.

I truly enjoy working closely with Simply Elegant when it comes to arranging food for clients and very glad to have that relationship with them.

I used Simply Elegant over several years for small social gatherings in my home and office. The staff were amazing in assisting me in planning the events. Their recommendations for food items and quantity were always exactly right. The food was delivered on time and staff often helped in arranging things with me.

I booked Simply Elegant Catering for my Parent’s Anniversary party and was extremely pleased with the service and the food. Everything on the buffet was delicious and the guests were commenting on the food all night.  If I ever need to cater another function, I will definitely be using Simply Elegant again.

We recently had Simply Elegant cater a “Celebration of Llfe” for us. They put together a great menu and took care of all the details so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They put everything together with very short notice. It wasn’t a problem at all. Everyone enjoyed the food and the catering staff were excellent. I would highly recommend using Simply Elegant to anyone.

We selected Simply Elegant as our caterers for a cocktail function of 250 people. They were flawless. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent and they were a “one stop shop” for us taking care of linens, table rentals, alcohol, etc. We are a non-profit and they worked within our budget which we greatly appreciated. They were flexible with changes and were extremely professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them for an event of any size.

We tried the new corporate catering menu for our office lunch meeting yesterday. The guys really enjoyed the new sandwiches! We tried the Pulled Chicken Pesto, Smoked Turkey and Shaved Roast Beef with a side of the Orzo Roasted Vegetable salad. Even my really fussy guys enjoyed it! One of the guys even said the pesto chicken was his new favorite sandwich. I personally got to enjoy some of the orzo salad and half of a vegetarian sandwich; I’m not sure how you made that grilled tomato so delicious but it was juicy and oh so good!! Just thought I’d let you know we really enjoyed it 🙂 We will be ordering for our corporate lunch again soon!

I have been doing business with Simply Elegant for 7 years and, my company as a whole, for 15+ years; since its inception. I have always found the staff pleasant, professional and helpful. They bend backwards to try to accommodate our needs.

The deliveries are always timely. When they are going to be a bit late (5-10 minutes), they call ahead to notify us. I believe that we receive good quality/price ratio. The invoicing system is topnotch and almost glitch-free. Our firm is very demanding and requests change frequently on a daily basis and the staff at Simply Elegant is always able to service our demands.

Of all the different vendors our company utilizes on a regular basis, I can honestly say that Simply Elegant is the best and the one company we give 90% of our business to for these same reasons. Most companies out there claim to place the customers first and foremost but many do not follow up on their claims. Not Simply Elegant.

When dealing with them, one can truly see that their clients are the most prized aspect of their business. I will never hesitate to recommend them. Hats off to you all guys!!!

Simply Elegant, the name says it all. From start to finish service was executed at a very high standard. Despite the weather Rob, Peter, Jade and the rest of the Simply Elegant team were fabulous in putting things together and seeing it run smoothly for our June 25th event. I would like to pass on to you how excellent the food was. Everyone raved about it. There were comments that it was better than the Sheraton, where we usually have our party. The turkey was moist, potatoes were good and the gravy was the best. There was one person who usually doesn’t like gravy and she commented how good it was a few times. I just wanted you to know as most often in a business like this you only hear the bad things.

The catering was awesome. Everybody loved the food and none was left. Marc went above and beyond to help me and kept a constant eye on the ladies to keep their drinks full and the food replenished. He made himself comfortable in my kitchen and even made coffee! Marc was Perfection. All the staff commented on how personable he was as well as the food and of course the ambiance…my wonderfully decorated house all played a part in a fabulous Christmas get-together. I will not hesitate to use you again…my husband was even thinking about using you for one of his office parties next Christmas so I don’t have to cook. I might use you for a garden party this summer. Thank you for making everything work out this year and I retained my title of “hostess with the mostess” once again!

Excellent service for a small gathering. Showed up on time and catered to our needs. Staff was able to go with the flow when needed – food was excellent and house was left spotless. Can’t thank you enough – such a great experience.

After speaking with a number of other caterers, we were referred to Simply Elegant by the catering consultant at SAIT. It’s great to hear other industry members make such impromtu referrals and Peter was fantastic to work with. He understood the scope of our event, our guests, and worked to make every detail a simple one. The onsite staff were efficient and very helpful. Set up and tear down was very well executed and the food was delicious. They dealt with a small prep and service area and delivered a great experience.
In an industry with mandatory auto gratuities, Simply Elegant leaves that up to the client based on service received. This is a group that deserves over and above.

I recently contracted Simply Elegant to do the catering for my wedding and from the first step a year prior and right until the end I was completely satisfied with my service. Peter was incredibly helpful and offered so much advice and let me customize and then change my menu a few times with no problems, he even remembered me mentioning my husband had dietary restrictions and accommodated his needs without being asked. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and very helpful. They day of my wedding with off without a hitch in regards to the role Simply Elegant played. They knew exactly what they were doing and I was able to enjoy my day with confidence that no issues would arise.
